There are so many amazing resorts and beaches on Maui but one must do adventure is the The Road to Hana. With amazing beaches, waterfalls, and endless adventures, be sure to go all the way past Hana to Haleakala National Park which is home to the best hike on Maui.

Haleakala National Park is a US National Park so you can gain free admission to the park if you have an annual pass! This is one of the best National Parks as it is located on the beach in paradise.

Hiking to the 185' Waimoku Falls is a must. Take the Pipiwai Trail UP (the trail also goes down to the beach) to reach the waterfalls. Pass by huge banyan trees, through a bamboo jungle, and over rushing water to get to the end of the trail and face to face with the waterfall.

The trail is less than 2 miles Round Trip and relatively paved throughout the hike. This is a moderate hike and surely one of the easier hikes in Hawaii perfect for all ages and hikers. Be sure to bring a towel or raincoat as you are deep in the Rain Forest and a quick rain storm is not unexpected.
